Whew! This pupdate is a LOOONNNGGGGG time coming. We have been so busy (and our internet connection so temperamental) that I just haven’t had the ability to put one of these out in a long, long time. This is going to be a LENGTHY pupdate, so hold on!

Lilac City Dog Training Club - October 14 & 15th

We showed up in FULL force to support this 1st ever show with this club. There was only 1 show per day, but it was a great show and we did VERY well.

Cascade American Pit Bull Terrier Club - Oct. 21 - 22

There were two shows per day and weight pull. I am very proud of how we represented ourselves this show weekend. Also, because we are crazy, we dashed to Ridgefield to show at the IABCA show on Saturday with Magic. Magic earned his National Champion title during that opportunity.

Canyonlands Canine Association - Nov 17 - 19

Magic and I flew down to Salt Lake City to support Magic’s puppy in his very first show… and of course to compete ourselves while we were there. Magic was able to gain a Group 4 placement, another leg towards his Ruby Grand Champion, and several Reserve Grand Champion acknowledgments.

North West Silken Windhound Society - New Year’s BASH - 12/28 - 12/31

This is the huge year-end show and we had a blast. The results haven’t been posted yet for me to be able to summarize, but from memory.

Magic -

FINISHED his RUBY GRAND CHAMPION title with TWO Best of Breed wins over HUGE class of HIGHLY competitive dogs.
Reserve Best Brace in Show with his Daughter Quila
FOUR Best Stud Dog in Show Awards for him and his progeny.

Champion Class win for a full-leg

Charm -

Charm held his own showing in the Champion class at just 1 year old. He didn’t get any love, but he had a blast and definitely helped keep me calm and laughing with his puppy antics.

Let’s Talk About Puppies!

Alright, now that we have gotten all the show news out of the way, let’s take a moment to talk about puppies!

Luna x Magic - Standard Poodles

I have not yet formally introduced Luna x Magic’s puppies, since this is the 1st pupdate is such a long time, but here they are! These little ones made quite the entrance after needing an emergency c-section to arrive. I am pleased to report, they are all doing fabulously and meeting their milestones BEAUTIFULLY. They have moved into the middle of the living room and are experiencing daily life as it happens.

We are rapidly gearing up for their go-home departure with their first vet check just right around the corner. Temperament testing will soon be here as well. It is hard to believe that time is approaching so rapidly.

The waitlist is starting to fill up, but there are a few reservation spaces available. As a reminder, the waitlist is as follows:

This is Luna’s last litter. She will be spayed in mid-February. This is your last chance at one of these totally amazing puppies. Puppies from their previous litter are currently excelling in the show ring, in competitive sports, as family companions, hunting companions, facility dogs and service dog prospects. And not to mention some of the best family dogs ever! :-D

Miniature Poodles

Skye x Gilly’s Miniature Poodles

We have 1 male and 1 female Miniature poodle from Skye and Gilly’s October Litter available. These puppies are amazing. They are little balls of fluff and love. Excellent energy and are so playful, but when they tire just little cuddle bugs. They will mature around 8 - 10 pounds and as large toys/small minis.

We brought the littles with us to the New Year’s Bash and they stayed in the Airbnb each day while we were at the show. They did spectacularly in the choas of all the new dogs and people. The girls carried them around and played with them constantly. Jackie & Jess threw a little party for us and they split a doggie-cupcake with Pippin (Oregon’s Oodles of Doodles) and Tot (Gigi x Lockhart)

They are ready to join their forever families… as soon as we find that family!
