About The Process

More details about our process can be found in the Frequently Asked Question and Application Process sections of the website, however I will provide a quick and brief overview here as well.

I truly believe that no person should pick their puppy until we have a good idea of temperament, health, and structure; therefore, families do no get to select their puppy UNTIL the puppies are seven weeks of age.

At 7 weeks of age, they have their vet appointment, and we temperament test each puppy individually. We evaluate each puppy for a variety of traits and assign them a score. After the results are tallied, we will then send out the “It’s Time To Pick Your Puppy Email”.

Once all families on the waitlist have had an opportunity to review the e-mail, we will begin the puppy pick process.

In the meantime, I will share pictures and videos regularly to the Litter’s Facebook Group Page for the puppy families to be part of the process.

I want every placement to be a successful placement and this is the process I have found that allows for both the puppy and the family’s needs to be met.
