The Experience
Bringing home a Valaurah puppy is more than just a pickup day — it’s a guided, transparent experience from the very beginning.
Once you join our waitlist, you’ll be invited into a private Facebook group created specifically for your litter.
This is where we share consistent updates throughout the entire raising process, including photos, videos, developmental milestones, and a behind-the-scenes look at how your puppies are being raised.
We typically post several times each week, giving you the opportunity to truly follow your puppy’s early development — not just through staged photos, but through real, day-to-day moments.
You’ll see how the puppies interact, how they respond to new environments, and how their individual personalities begin to emerge.
As the litter grows, we introduce structured early experiences that lay the foundation for confident, capable dogs.
This includes crate exposure, grooming introduction, car rides, problem-solving activities, and early socialization — all done thoughtfully and progressively.
At seven weeks, each puppy undergoes a structured temperament evaluation.
We provide detailed insights to help guide your decision, and selections are made in order of reservation fee.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your puppy with as much guidance as you’d like — whether you want hands-on support or prefer to take the lead in your decision.
After puppies go home, the group remains active as a space for continued support, shared experiences, and connection.
Many of our families stay involved long-term, creating a community that extends well beyond those first eight weeks.
Families who join our program have the opportunity to follow along every step of the way.

OUR GOAL FOR THIS LITTER
One of the primary goals of this pairing is to produce smaller Standard Poodles with the temperament, versatility, and livability to be wonderful family companions. With an expected adult size of approximately 20–22 inches at the shoulder and 35–40 pounds, we hope to offer families the qualities they love about the Standard Poodle in a more moderate-sized package.
We expect confident, engaging puppies that enjoy being part of their families and are ready to join them for life’s adventures. Our priority with this litter is not to produce extremely high-drive working dogs, but rather well-rounded companions with enough intelligence, resilience, and willingness to make them enjoyable to live with and train.
Some puppies may have the temperament and aptitude for service work or dog sports, and those possibilities will be evaluated individually as the litter develops. Above all, however, this pairing is being planned with the family companion in mind — dogs that can go places, do things, learn easily, and then settle comfortably into everyday life.
Ginger’s smaller size is an important part of this pairing. Combined with Magic’s proven versatility, structure, and temperament, we hope to produce puppies that retain true Standard Poodle type while maturing into a size that may be particularly appealing to families who want a Standard Poodle without quite as much dog.
ABOUT THIS PAIRING
This pairing brings together two dogs with complementary strengths and a shared quality we value deeply: the ability to be both capable and enjoyable companions.
Ginger is a smaller Standard Poodle at approximately 20 inches and 30 pounds. She is a first-generation Valaurah Farms bred-by girl from Lola and Finn, and brings a compact, athletic build along with an engaging personality and wonderful companion qualities.
Magic brings proven structure, intelligence, versatility, and trainability to the pairing. Throughout his life, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to move between the show ring, performance sports, training, and everyday family life — qualities we hope he will pass along to these puppies.
Together, Ginger and Magic give us the opportunity to produce true Standard Poodles in a more moderate size without losing the athleticism, intelligence, trainability, and versatility that make the breed so special.
We expect this pairing to produce puppies well suited to active family life, with some individuals potentially showing aptitude for service work or performance sports. Most importantly, we are looking for balanced, enjoyable dogs who can participate in their families’ adventures and be wonderful companions at home.
Meet the Parents
Magic and Tatianna are accomplished Standard Poodles whose strengths complement one another beautifully. This pairing combines proven structure, athletic ability, exceptional temperaments, and generations of thoughtful breeding with the goal of producing versatile puppies capable of excelling as companions, performance dogs, service prospects, and future show dogs.
Versatility • Athleticism • Trainability
Magic is one of the most versatile dogs in our program, earning titles and recognition across conformation, performance, and companion events. Whether he is in the show ring, on the dock, or learning something new, he approaches life with enthusiasm and a willingness to work. His extensive title record reflects not only his athletic ability, but also the intelligence, trainability, and adaptability that make Standard Poodles such exceptional partners.
Structurally, Magic contributes substance, balance, and overall elegance. He is a moderate dog with beautiful breed type, a strong topline, and effortless movement. His athleticism has allowed him to excel in a variety of venues, while his sound construction supports the versatility that has become his trademark.
Temperament is one of Magic's greatest strengths. He is confident, social, and resilient, with the kind of stable nerve and adaptability that allow him to thrive in busy environments and new situations. He possesses strong motivation and a natural desire to engage with both people and activities, making him enjoyable to live with and easy to train.
For this breeding, Magic brings proven versatility, confidence, athletic ability, and a wealth of real-world accomplishment. Paired with Ginger’s smaller size, athleticism, and companion qualities, we hope to produce moderate-sized Standard Poodles with balanced temperaments, trainability, and the versatility to be wonderful family companions while still offering potential for service work or performance sports.

Moderate Size • Athleticism • Companionship
Ginger is a first-generation Valaurah Farms bred-by Standard Poodle from our Lola × Finn pairing. At approximately 20 inches and 30 pounds, she is one of the smaller Standards in our program and brings a more moderate size to this pairing with Magic.
Ginger is athletic, intelligent, affectionate, and deeply connected to her people. She has the versatility to enjoy getting out and doing things while still being an easy, enjoyable companion to live with. Her smaller frame, balanced temperament, and family-oriented personality are a large part of what made us excited about this pairing.
She is a UKC Champion and represents many of the qualities we hope to continue through the next generation: a beautiful, functional Standard Poodle with the brains and personality to be a wonderful partner for life’s adventures.

Pricing, Availability & Reservation List
Puppies from this litter are priced at $3250.
This reflects the level of health testing, structured raising, and ongoing support provided through our program.
Reservations are accepted following an approved application, and a non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your place in selection order.
At approximately seven weeks of age, each puppy undergoes temperament evaluation. Based on these evaluations, we provide guidance on each puppy’s individual strengths, tendencies, and best-fit homes.
Families then make their selections in order of reservation, with as much guidance as desired. Some families prefer detailed recommendations, while others choose more independently — we support both approaches.
Our goal is to ensure each placement is thoughtful, informed, and aligned for long-term success.
We prioritize homes that are prepared, committed, and aligned with the goals of this litter.
